I use a 120cm Karlite Octibox on my interfit heads, like this one .

The down sides are its size and the time it takes to assemble. Mine always stays assembled but took up alot of room when not in use - I now hang it from the ceiling to keep it out of the way!

The plus sides are the quality of light it gives especially when used close to the subject ( as in this shot ). It also gives more natural catch lights in the eyes as they are more circular than square.

I certainly wouldn't be with out it now, but if I was limited on space or only working in peoples homes then I would most probably think again.

Tony

Edit: Forgot to mention that it eats quite a bit of light, from memory its around a stop and a half.
