I use a 120cm Karlite Octibox on my interfit heads, like this one.

The down sides are its size and the time it takes to assemble. Mine always stays assembled but took up alot of room when not in use - I now hang it from the ceiling to keep it out of the way!

The plus sides are the quality of light it gives especially when used close to the subject (as in this shot). It also gives more natural catch lights in the eyes as they are more circular than square.

I certainly wouldn't be with out it now, but if I was limited on space or only working in peoples homes then I would most probably think again.

    Tony

Edit: Forgot to mention that it eats quite a bit of light, from memory its around a stop and a half.
