I'm ordering the 60mm f2.8 Macro tomorrow. I'm wondering what hood to get for it; I'm not interested in the Oly hood, it looks like a nuisance. Any suggestions?

Hope you ewill enjoy the 60mm as much as I do Denny.

I find the hood is very good (but I like permanently attached sliding hoods having had them on my canon lenses in the past)

I agree with Brian re the hood Denny.....great piece of kit (although rather expensive Sad)

I may be wrong, but I don't think any of the independents have produced a hood yet.

There comes a time in one's life when a hoodie just doesn't seem right, Brian! Grin

Last week I got offered a mint boxed GF2 with the 14mm lens, I`m now been offered it for £180.

A good deal or not ?

This is the sort of price you'd pay new.

I thought you already had the Oly E-M5?

I was thinking of picking up the EPM1 body and the body cap lens.

This package would coat about the same but I`d be getting the 14mm thrown in as well, a useful lens to have.

The 14mm lens alone costs about £270 new, so if that is an attraction, then yes it does seem a good deal.

I`m still thinking about it, I could go for it, then pass my G2 and its kit lens over to my youngest daughter.

    The offers very tempting.
