You've created what looks to my eye like an almost abstract image with this one Paul. I think its the effect of the three almost parallel highlighted areas on the far shoulder / arm, the nose and the forearm.

I love that dark lighting on the lips which makes them a real accent point

I'm not sure I like it as much as your first two portraits but I do like it as an abstract, its quite striking and different

Great image, on my screen there is a bit of detail lost in the darkest regions but I do have my monitor set on the dark side of correct (suits my way of making prints)

Nice lighting control and I like the slightly thoughtful (sad?) pose.

great fabric detail again

Thanks Brian, yes the detail is lost in the shadow areas, it is there in the RAW file, but I darkened it down for a more dramatic effect, perhaps a little too much... Smile

Any recommendations for a flash unit that I could use both on and of camera (max 50) please.

Thanks

Strange, updated but no ISO 100.

Edit, just found it, they call it low Smile

There was also an update for the 45mm, its only really needed if your using a few of the later Panasonic bodies, I updated anyway.
