Ver nice indded, Paul.
You've created what looks to my eye like an almost abstract image with this one Paul. I think its the effect of the three almost parallel highlighted areas on the far shoulder / arm, the nose and the forearm.
I love that dark lighting on the lips which makes them a real accent point
I'm not sure I like it as much as your first two portraits but I do like it as an abstract, its quite striking and different
Just realised that that is her hand on the right foreground, gawd, me eyesight is going
I love everything about this one Paul.
Thanks for the great feedback on these images guys..
This is the last one from the session...
EM5 + 35-100 f/2.8
Great image, on my screen there is a bit of detail lost in the darkest regions but I do have my monitor set on the dark side of correct (suits my way of making prints)
Nice lighting control and I like the slightly thoughtful (sad?) pose.
great fabric detail again
Thanks Brian, yes the detail is lost in the shadow areas, it is there in the RAW file, but I darkened it down for a more dramatic effect, perhaps a little too much...
Less is often more Paul
Any recommendations for a flash unit that I could use both on and of camera (max £50) please.
This is a good little unit.
Updated firmware for the E-M5 - adds ISO100!
ISO 100 ?
Strange, updated but no ISO 100.
Edit, just found it, they call it low
There was also an update for the 45mm, its only really needed if your using a few of the later Panasonic bodies, I updated anyway.
