Thinking of buying the Olympus OM D micro 4/3s, but would need to use my (nearly new) Nikon 300mm zoom lens.
Keep seeing ads for adapters but the suggestion is that they won’t allow auto focus. Any tips?
I think that the only ones that allow AF at the moment are the Olympus adpaters for 4/3rds to micro 4/3rds
The biggest problem for me is not the lack of AF (MF works very well with the EM5) but the lack of aperture control, as the adpaters have no electronic control of the lens whatever.
I'm using a canon EOS fit sigma 400 f5.6 on my EM5 and find it needs at least a monopd to keep really sharp, even with the excellent IBIS system
