My OM-D was just collected by ambulance to be taken to the camera hospital. I think I'll send it a 'Get Well Soon' card. Smile

Probably won't be seeing it again until 2013. Sad

EPZ gets a little mention here, with even more users finding the same fault.

Camera is on its way back to me via WEX. Apparently it has been repaired. Less than 3 weeks - pretty good going - and I'll have it back for Xmas and New Year. Smile

Have not sent mine in. Have encountered another problem: cannot turn the camera off - the switch wont' engage. Had to pull out the battery to get it turned off. Wondering what is next. Plan to use it industriously the next few weeks to get it to fail. Easier to get something fixed when it's really broke.

Anyone else experiencing any other glitches. I'm slightly vexed, to say the least.

I had that happen at the weekend for the first time. I've had it happen with expensive Nikon and Canon SLRs in the past though so unless it becomes a regular occurrence I'm unconcerned.

mine still plods on taking pics on demand, quite boring really Wink

Had my first proper play at video work over the weekend recording our eldest Grand-daughter's Birthday Gymkhana at their riding school.

I'm suprised (and pleased) with the results considering how awful the light was and the fact that I was shooting hand-held (1/60thsec with ISO1600th at f 3.5 most of the time in the indoor arena, until I switched to the 12-50 kit lens when it dropped to 1/20th sec)

It only chatters? Pity it doesn't say something interesting. Tongue Still, it's friendly at least.

Camera has arrived back. Looks like Olympus have fitted a completely new LCD tilt-screen.... and all is well now. Smile
