    can any one tell me how to get my laptop with built in centrino on to the net the cheapest way. i have aol-broadband as my server for the main pc i would like to use the net at our club but not through a landline there are none of these openzones in cumbria that is barrow-in-furness all these adverts make out you can any where you are

    One thing I am led to believe is that AOL don't like this sort of thing...Pain in the butt to set up.

    My advice if you havn't already, phone AOL and speak to their technical department about some advice over the phone, maybe a lot easier than someone typing it here Smile

    Does your club have a wireless internet facility? Do you have a wireless router on your main PC?
    Just for info: My laptop came wireless enabled and it works fine with AOL and was a peice of cake to set up.
