What makes you think its a scam? 
You could always write them a letter, and see what happens.... hire a post office box.... with all that money you should be able to afford it.... that way you can give them an address for corespondence and tell them that you want a gesture of good will in the form of £100,000 in used notes to confirm you have the funds before making any further comitments.
That would deffo work.... lol
