Thought a few people may be interested in this online wildlife and nature competition .

There are two categories for both 17 and unders and over 18s. One category being wildlife itself and not allowing digital manipulation and the second being a more open category.

The rest of the site is worth checking out as well.

Not sure have you seen the quality of some of those entries?

Nothing to lose by uploading a couple though.

....Totaly agree, and looking at the age group i hope some of the junior epz members get involved, some excellent work being produced of late by many of them.

Thanks for the link to this one Cheryl, there are some great images in February's shortlists. Most of them scored highly with me and I'm glad I don't have to pick the winners.

Thanks Cheryl, I've bookmarked this to look at later.

Shame I've gotta go in the over 18 category though cos I might stand more of a chance in the under 18's lol.

Good thing pets/captive animals aren't allowed too or there'd be dozens of little white Westie photos entered from you know who Wink

Excellent link Cheryl.
A lot of Cracking shots in there, that's only in the Donna Nook gallery I looked through.
Bookmarked it, go back later

Yep well worth revisiting from time to time, the project itself is ongoing so the website will be updated to reflect this.

Certainly think some of the junior members on here should consider entering.

Yes Geoff I was thinking the same thing, about the pets/captive that is Wink

Bumping this in the hope that some of the junior members do see this as I think it would be worthwhile some of them entering.

OK to show the way and to show I'm not ashamed to upload my work in the face of such stiff competion I have registered and uploaded a couple.

Won't know until next month if they have been shortlisted for voting, I suspect that they won't but like the lottery, you gotta be in it to win it Wink

So come on. Get some entries in. Or do I have to go and pester the juniors individually on their images to encourage some participation?
