I have a question just to prove I have not lost it!!!!!
I am sure I saw on the OnOne site a while ago that they would release Perfect Layers 3 as an individual app at the beginning of 2013 but now I cannot see this on there site, all you see is Perfect Photo Suite 7 with Perfect Layers 3 included. Did I see this Perfect Layers release as an individual app or have I lost it?

For some reason that sounds familiar, Maybe all will be revealed when they do decide to release as a stand alone, Might be worth asking them directly as like you I could not see anything about the 2013 release on their site.
