Quote: For a photographer the Wex Photographic prize is about the closest thing to a £50 note you'll get

But with a £50 note I could go to my local camera shop that I have been using since 1984... why would I want to buy from Wex Photographic ?

In the event you were to win this price, you could always donate it to your local school for their PTA raffle in order to raise funds. Accept gracefully and donate!

A thank you for the team who organised the Prize Draw Bonanza is in order.

??? because you'd have won (not paid for or earned) the £50 voucher.

Ok, so here's the deal Jeff. The WEX voucher contains a profit element so it doesn't cost them the full £50. Now if you win one of them, you pay Pete £1 to list it on the classifieds here at a sum less than £50, and once you've sold it you then go and spend this with your local guy, so you're still quids in. Result! Tongue
