Does anyone know if there is anything you can do if a paper or magazine that uses your work and has agreed to credit it then just does not bother and makes it look like its one of there reporters work???????????

ive had it done by local newspapers and today Vanity Magazine have just done it to me so not happy ![]()

I agree iv'e had that done to me so many times so i tagged there face book page to my one and publicly warned all other photographers from sending images in to them ![]()

i agree with invoicing them for a reasonable amount (not excessive) but also mentioning your copyright as you own the original image unless you waived the ownership with whoever they got your picture from. I have had similar issues in the past, not only with local press but with a international publisher who "forgot" to credit my images. I was lucky(ish) to win that time but the book was already on the shelves without my credit (before Pete starts to sweat, no it wasn't the EPZ book)
