Hi, Unfortunately Google are like most USA companies they put to many obstacles in your way if you live outside the USA or UK. Example, I only have a Maestro card accepted in hundreds of countries worldwide but not by Google, I have had this problem with other USA based companies in the past they only seem to want one or two well known in America cards.
I also happen to live in Greece but am from the UK, can I buy a book from Google Play direct NO they don't deal with Greece even though I have a UK bank A/C.
Amazon are just as bad on occasion with "cannot order this item to your country" (Again a book).
Sorry end of rant but it makes me angry, these American companies seem to think if you don't live stateside your not worth the effort.

if you have a Gmail account you can read them on your PC/Laptop etc - don't think these are available on Kindle from Google Play...maybe Amazon has them too?
