Can't figure this one out... all ink lights on ok, nozzle check ok, print a gloss print and it looks like there's no gloss optimizer but there clearly must be.
Go into control panel/printers and click on this printer and it says "No Toner Ink"; What??
Type that ("No Toner Ink") in the manual's search engine and nothing comes up.
Can't think what to try next.
Waiting on Canon's reply.
