If anything, it's getting slower. A link from an email just took over a minute to load.
Sorry guys but I can't believe the problem(s) lie at this end. Everything else is flying.

First time I've logged on in a week, and the site is slower than I can remember for ages (more than a year?)

Hi Everyone,
We have been running some scripts for some upcoming upgrades to the gallery. Unfortunatly, it looks like this is the cause for the recent slow downs. We will be looking into ways to run these scripts for efficeintly so there are little or no interuption to everyones browsing on ePHOTOzine

I gave up last night, found it impossible 
So far today, it seems to be back to normal.
Still slower than everything else but I no longer need a shave by the time the next page has loaded.
I've yet to see what happens with the "return to gallery" button, or indeed, how it works later on when things get busier.

Very sposmadic over the last couple of days.
A good example was just now:-
1-Closed the tab for EPZ
2-Relaunched EPZ home page - 7 seconds
3-Clicked on my PF - 7 seconds
4-Clicked on my favs - Gave up after 20 seconds
Strangely enough no problem with opening this forum topic and posting this

Ditto and getting irritating (might have to join the Grumpy thread)!!
Just took 35 seconds for a comment to load to a gallery image.
Rather than submitting report after report, I believe that it is easier for the teccies to read these latest posts, to form an overall opinion of the issues

Agreed.
It's been c**p here all weekend and still is.
It loads quickly enough, I use a bookmark in Firefox and it opens in my Pf. but trying to migrate to anywhere else takes an eternity.
It got so bad last night that I gave up.
