When you log a report the system logs all sorts of information about your browser, plug-ins and IP address.
All of this helps the guys spot trends amongst those who are having problems.

Same here, EPZ loading very slowly.
Have done a Speed Test and my connection is fine. Have been having problems wirh EPZ, intermtently, for last couple of days,
