    They even spelt the name of my bank wrong, in fact they did not get any of the wording right Smile Smile

    I have tried filling in the form occasionally - unfortunately it's clever enough not to accept "f..... off" as the details :-(

    Of course, it could just be that it's never a bank with whom I do business.
