Anybody attended training courses on either portrait or wedding photography and would recommend their trainer? I'm looking at doing one or the other (probably portrait first, but thinking about weddings also) in the next few months, and rather than take a punt on a decent course I thought I would ask here. I'm based in Suffolk, but travelling to the course wouldn't bother me.

My experience is primarily in landscapes, but I have dabbled in portraits too - I'd just like to be a bit more proficient. So, any suggestions (other than trial and error)?

I did a Brett Harkness weddings course a couple of years ago and have since done his 'funky flash' course too, I would highly recommend Brett as a trainer.

    Darren.

I looked at Brett Harkness as an option, so good to hear an opinion! Thanks Darren.

Suffolk, perfectly located. Take a look at Experience Seminars I have done about twenty of their courses and can recommend them. They are located in Harlesedon just off the M11
