    I have a G2 remote and wondered if this would work with a 600D ?

    Is it a Panasonic remote or a third party manufacture? I presume you mean a wired remote - it would all depend on the structure of the plug/socket for each camera. Remotes don't work with all of a manufacturer's own cameras so the chance of it working on a different brand is...well...remote.
