putting a border around your photo?

hi there,
apologies if this has been asked before [and im sure it has but ive not been able to find the info im after]

i have elements 5, and i have basic photo editing experience..... could anyone tell me where i can get information on how to put a simple border around my photos?!! ive looked on you-tube but can only find elements 6 or CS3 tuorials
im sure it MUST be easy enough to do but i just cant work it out!!

In elements 5 just increase the 'frame size' , with different colours and sizes depending what you want to acheive, do one for thin line, 2nd for contrast colour, 3rd for main frame.
