    Does anyone know how long it usually takes for reported problems to be addressed?

    I sent a report on the 25th and still haven't heard anything back, not even an acknowledgment!
    Is it because I'm still in the trial period, or is this normal?

    I was hoping to sign up and look into get domain moved from Clikpic if these problems are sorted, as my e2 has run out too.

    Usually within an hour, sometimes minutes! but we've just had a major redesign of the epz gallery section and it's caused us quite a headache.
    Let me see what's occurring and I'll get back to you

    Even through the troubles of the upgrade I sent a report in about a statistics problem I had noticed....I got a reply from a moderator telling me it had been reported previously within minutesSmile and the next day it was fixedSmile
