Ok peeps here we are then the final Rowardennan meet in its current form :-( maybay another will be but it will be different sadly.


So dates are Thursday 6th Nov until Monday morning on the 10th November a 4 nighter that needs to be a belter

I already have a list of names and will put these on at the end but its pretty full and I have to draw the lines somewhere so there are NO MORE private rooms left :-( just dorm beds, so no asking. I have the people listed in a room for themselves but no more can be done, we want to get a lot of folks here and a band !!!!! more later.


Nasty bits :-( costs and payments

£50.00 a head for the finale as usual thats for the 4 nights and remains the same if you stay all 4 nights or not :-( I have had to book the hostel outright for those nights.


Dinner out ????? well at the moment there is a little change of plan, I belive Kate may be able to organize a band for us you heard them last week so it should be good now we will have to pay for that somehow as well as thier accomodation here, so I ask that for the room we all chip in £5.00 each ??? sound fair and then Kate can sort out with us the cost for thier performance here on the Saturday night.

Eating well how about we get a caterer in for the Saturday night ????? save us cooking in any way and Robert will do a good old meal for us, either a sit down choice or perhaps a hot buffet ???? what do you think ???? And perhaps Phil from Aberfoyle can do us a deal on wine and a keg of beer with a gas bottle etc ?????? I will find out the cost for such a thing for 50 odd folk and all we do is split that between us ok ???

So thats it pretty full :-( if anyone cannot make it let me know asap and if you are going to come and paid for March and never came I`m sorry but i can do nowt about that as i had to pay for the whole hostel and it cost me approx £40.00 in the end to make it up :-( but hey you guys are more than worth it

I was feeling very very glum today and then the thought of this meet cheered me up a good bit and all bieng well I`ll have 2 good new knees by then as well so will be able to partake in the odd beer or 40 !!!!!!!!!! yipee.
