Service charges for Canon Elstree

I want to send my Canon 50D to be serviced as I am not happy with the focus but while I can find an address for Canon (UK) RCC I cant find a web address. I am sure I did see one which also detailed their service charges but no matter how hard I look I cant find it. The other authorised Canon centres all have accessible addresses but the Canon one points to the main Canon website and I am going round in ever decreasing circles. Help anyone

I read a few bad reviews about them and dont like the local one in Glasgow. Anyone used Fixation

Used the Elsetree one twice - no issues and quick turnaround.
