    Hi all,
can anyone give me some advice when shooting water / waterfalls pls.
    I have a canon 60d, with a canon 18 - 55 efs lens which I use for landscapes, & a canon 70 - 300 lens which I occasionally use.
Now, when I shoot running water / waterfalls using a nd 2, nd 4 or sometimes an nd 8, my pics seem to come out with a red tinge (not so much with the nd2, tho). I use shutter speeds ranging from 1 sec - 3 secs, manual exposure, picture style - landscape, wb - cloudy or auto.
    thanx

Shoot in raw and adjust later.

yeah, have been thinking along those lines, but I really want to know where I'm going wrong in - camera.

What make filters are you using? Cokin give a magenta colour cast especially when you use the higher nd's or if you stack them.

Been reading a lot on - line about cokin filters. Seems a lot of people have had a magenta cast with them, and some not. Anyway, went out this a.m & bought some Tiffen filters. Done a quick test shot in the garden & no colour cast. Smile Job done.
    Thanx for ur help guys.
