Just read a review of the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II on hotshoeinternational.com and thinking about getting one. I know that it is expensive but it has everything I need for my job as photographer for a press agency. What do you think??
It is (probably) the second best DSLR at the moment with only its new version beating it, I have the1Ds II and the only down side for me is the bulkiness and the weight, but at least you know you've got quality in your hands. You will have to get top quality lenses though if you're going to go with it
I'd be going for the 1D MK3 if I were a press tog. Cheaper and better for the job at hand although theres no doubting the 1DS MK2 will do an almost equally good job.
