    There is a 'leaked' image of the SD14 here.
    Looks quite nice. No more details though...

    I've seen that image and, for some reason, I don't think it is quite right.

    the site also says that Sigma developed the X3 sensor, which is certainly not true.
    Sigma employed it in the SD9/10 but I think you'll find it was developed by a firm called Foveon!!

    Sigma Site

    I'm rather hopeful for this one. Bayer chips are about to run full tilt into a brick wall of lens resloution as they need twice as many linear pixels for each bit of actual image detail. The Foveon has the potential to make bayer chips p155 blood. But how far along the road is the technology now? Is it still playing catch up or will it arrive wearng a suit and wielding a crow bar? This could be fun.
