Whole of the net seemed to screw itself around 11.00am today, could be doing some upgrades and re-rooting services i suppose.

Back to full flight now though.

I have given up and shut down on numerous occasions since Friday - it's made me feel like I was following a hearse !

    Hi everyone,

The slow down of the site for that past few days is because we have been working on getting a live beta of v4 working and in order have the most accurate beta, we needed to do a few import tests from the current database to the future live database which are on the exact same servers.

We have been monitoring this throughout the week and have been optimising things here and there to improve performance, unfortunatly this sort of slow down is going to happen at these early stages of the beta setup, however, the majority of the work that would cause these slow downs are now complete so you should start to see that speed will be back to normal.

It's a frustrating EPZ day today: I regularly get "can't establish a connection to the server at www.ephotozine.com"!

I'm not finding it slow here.

    Perhaps I'm just lucky?

Very, very slow for me, with some pages refusing to load up at all.
