Sony have announced that they're joining up with Hasselblad to make E-mount and DSLR cameras (I guess with the A-mount). I guess Hasselblad are basically going to use the Sony mounts and Sony sensors, but design their own cameras. Another vote for Sony sensor technology.

Sony have factories turning out billions of sensors, If you buy enough of them, Lets say a couple of million, Chances are you will get a big fat discount, Hence your end product returns you a greater profit, Because the parts you use are so cheap......!!!!!!
Again, Nothing new there, Apple have been doing this for years, That's why they have 10% of the market, But 50% of the profits......![]()
Its just another very simple business deal, Not an indictment for the product in question, Anyone who thinks otherwise is seriously deluded.
