    A good few of us meet up last year at Stockley Farm BoP centre. From the images and comments that were posted it seems everyone had a good day.

    I am hoping to set up another meet at Stockley either Thursday May 21st or Thursday May 28th.

    I have tried for a midweek event because only schools will visiting, it will be closed to the public.

    Waiting for Gary to get to re costs and confirming the dates.

    Started this thread to gauge the interest and I am open to suggestions.

    I have had a reply back from Gary, we can have either Thursday May 21st or Thursday May 28th.

    Now I just need some input so a single date can be chosen, I am not fussy which one is chosen.

    Last time we had 15 which kept the cost down to £25 a head, hopefully we can do the same again.

    Thanks Ant, I have a couple of others who have pm'd to say they can make as well.

    Col (Colwal) said it would be up for it as well but he seems to have disappeared. Does anyone have an email address for him.

    I need to get 10 or more committed names by the end of April if this meet is to ahead so far I have 3.

    The meet will be from 1000 - 1700 on a Thursday (21 or 28 May) so that the farm will be public free.

    It will cost £30 per head if 10 attend and £25 if we can get 12 or more. The price includes tea coffee and biscuits but not lunch.

    Ok, we are making steady progress. We now have four but only if its the 28th.

    Has the others, me included did not mind which Thursday it was lets make it Thursday 28th May.

    Still need a few more before I can confirm the date with Stockley.

    Barry - - just a thought - - the 28th May is during our half-term. If you don't want a day that's open to the public, it may well pay you to check if it's half-term there, too

    Thanks Fran, I never thought about half term, perhaps it is different in Cheshire.

    I will check but we are committed to the 28th now because of booking days off.
