just had my first( that I ve found) image stolen off new Photium website. its on My Space , the only thing funny is they have left the water mark on, also it has got me listed on google and my space search egninges.
now do I sue him thousands of pound for copyright theft or sue esyspace for letting a distintly water marked image be displayed???
or just go back to sleep in sleepy old cornwall!!!!!

he has made out its his, people are saying how good his pic is
I have had a gentle word saying he can buy one with out the logo at a discounted price!!

hard one boyd maybe the guy was standing behind me with his camera phone and then decided to copy my watermark from my site as well!!! maybe it was CB in St Ives

maybe that wasnt a watermark copyright but a warning from the menu of the eos1d

I would need to find the image its one of my porthmeor thumbnails
I dont really do myspace so find it hard to navigate on it!!!
