    Hi all,
    just after some advice .
    to the people who have been here i'm looking to go here with a friend to take some pics of barn owls and kingfishers ,i hope, lol
    what's the best time to go ?
    do you have to stick to hide's ?
    and any general advice on a trip there .

    Ive had one visit, spent most of my time trying to see a Cettis warbler, i also saw a Deaths head moth a first for me. Plenty Hobby around, and Turtledove, plenty walks as far as i remember. hope some one can inform you better.

    Barn owls are easy enough to see here but if you want some better sites locally send me a quick email and I will let you know of a few places locally.

    Kingfishers are that little bit harder as the perch is quite far from the hide for photography.

    The meadows are fantastic for Orchids in June time.
