Sort of what I was trying to say Ade - it is the different abilities thing that I was sort of trying to grapple with here.
But disagree that poor shots are harder to critique (of course if they are so very bad you just don't know where to start then maybe).
Much safer ground to talk about picking your best work and stuff you are most proud of - so yes fully endorse this.
Please always try and pick your best quality work when uploading to the TILII group (and only occasionally throw in the odd curved ball to keep everyone on their toes)

Afternoon all
Just uploaded a load of shots to the group to try and get things moving again.

Trouble is, I haven't taken a shot in weeks and haven't take a serious one in months.
I'll upload one of those that did well in the critique gallery and see how it's received in the group. Could be an interesting, comparing the response.

It was and it was sad to see it gradually fade away but it really started to die a death (I think) when people started being nice to each other.
The whole point of the group was that , within reason, we didn't have to.
Just Joined and uploaded.. 
Try to get it going again, that will only happen if this thread is kept alive though.
Was fun, toys getting chucked out of prams and so on 
I must start contributing again.
