Just a word of thanks to Ephotozine members for all the advice and tips that I have received in the forums.
It paid off today in that I was able to challenge the supplier of my new computer about the installed RAM.
With the knowledge I have got from the forum, I was able to check the RAM for myself (yes I know, basic info to you) and discovered that it was only 4gb when it should have been 8gb. He is to install the extra today.
Previously I would have never noticed the difference, so one again, thank you all for all the little tit bits that make up my computer knowledge.
