1st off you have got to do this safely, as you will be pointing your camera directly at the sun. This means fitting a Solar filter to the lense. These are normally made for telescopes and are quite expensive but you can get Baader Planetarium Astro Solar Filter Safety Film from South West Optics for 15 to make your own.
Secondly you need a big lens (400mm at least)
