You can vote and you should comment on the shots you like

the 10 click thing is for shots you nominate - i.e. when you first post the link, they should have less than 10 clicks

if that later goes up to an RC, then the so be it, the shot gets the recognition if may deserve

Actually, it did. I found it in The Book, and then looked it up on EPZ and put it in my Favourite Photos.
