The Written Word
First up, my apologies for the length of time it has taken to get the challenge going. (Technical failings!)
It's a wide ranging topic with the only stipulation that the image contains text of some sort. It can be a photograph of a book, a signpost, graffiti, the name on a boat etc etc. In fact it can be a picture of anything as long as the picture has some writing in the image (Although it cannot be added in software such as PS, elements etc). The main focal point doesn't even have to be the text, as you can see from my entry.
The winner of this challenge will select the theme for the next challenge. The conclusion of this one is 8pm Friday, 30 May. Good luck to all entrants.

Just put one up myself, had not realised it was posible to upload to the main gallery and the challenge gallery at the same time
