    Yes you do have to laugh, A lot of Americans who watched that bloody awful " Osborne " program, Actually thought, The Osbornes where typical of our fair land.....Sad

    Yeah! We all live in dam great houses, Have disfunctional children, And for the most part are completely mad....!!!

    The best response to an American when they ask "How are ya" is "Mustn't grumble". It confuses the hell out of them.

    When asked the question by an American couple where I was from. I said Wales and was asked which part of Engalnd is that in.

    Many, many years ago, my wife was visiting family in Michigan. During a conversation, one of their neighbours came out with...

    "Oh, that's right, you don't have Ronald Reagan as your President any more, do you?"
