    While sitting here in a massive thunderstorm
    I thought you may like to know of a lovely toast flavouring I found at a little Taverna just down the road.
    Slice an uncut loaf Sprinkle with Olive Oil a Squeeze of lemon Juice and a sprinkle of Oregano then pop under the grill, Its lovely with soup or a main meal.

    Hello Pauline, my favourite quick snack and energy booster is cheese and banana sandwich, on wholemeal bread, best of each of course.

    A slice of toast topped with cheese, placed under the grill, then topped with a slice of smoked ham and a fried egg. Dribble dribble dribble Mmmm.

    Cheese and Marmalade is one of my faves, obviously cold curry or chilli, and one brave bit of experimenting was stewed apple and branston pickle Smile
