Do a search for tutorials on the web you will find there are lots of sites plus some on EPZ. Although you state 'Elements' most of the tutorials for any of the Photoshop software is easily carried across.
Try www.photoshopelementsuser.com for tutorials. Some of them are free, but some you may have to pay for.
I compiled a list of internet resources for digital photography for our little camera group so if you send me your email address I can forward it to you.
Hopefully you will find something on there that will be helpful,

As collywobles says most Photoshop ones can be used too. We have many tutorials in our techniques section. Just select Photoshop or Elements from the drop down list to filter them.
