'Deafening Echoes' is a series of photographs documenting the abandonment of croft houses in the Western Isles over the second half of the last century and comprises of 20-25 images from the interior spaces of these homes. Some of the photographs are accompanied with memories from those who were born or brought up in the houses. Photographer is Ian Paterson.

'What Hercules might See' focuses on the transformation of Dumbarton with images concentrated around the area of the confluence of the Leven and Clyde rivers. The exhibition focuses on the changes to an area of land and the change in people living there as a result of the decline in industry. Photographer is Peter Iain Campbell.

The exhibitions are at the Rothes Halls in Glenrothes, Fife and run from April 1st for 6 weeks. Everyone is welcome to come to the private viewing this Saturday (30th March) from 3-5pm.
