YEAH!

These sound like cracking cameras... I'm very pleased to see the link to the new 10 MP *ist D replacement....

There's a queue of people urging me to jump to Canon

They have to be patient.....very patient

Seriously tho I do have a tremor in my hands and anti-shake is perhaps the 'straw that broke that broke the camel's back' and I may just be tempted into buying a Pentax DSLR - depends on the proce mind

Lovely looking cameras, as always with Pentax, and I bet they're beauties to handle too. I do already have four fairly modern Pentax SLRs and a good selection of primes, so I'm not a complete Luddite

Nor would I turn my back on me old cameras - in fact I've bought another three this week (two today).

Maybe, but that means it can be optimised for each individual type of lens.

Also, if it goes up the creek then only that lens is affected.
