Can anyone tell me if you can upload raw pictures to this site,or do you have to change to jpeg first

Cheers for that,its just that when you look at the stats under some peoples pictures it says raw,and i was wondering why.

It means the original shot was taken on the camera in raw format, rather than TIFF or JPEG. Whatever format the final processing is done in,it (or better a copy of it) needs to be converted and re-sized to JPEG for upload here..
