I was wondering which one of the above would serve me well if i want to setup my own studio cum working office area?
Additionally, can someone please advise me what should be the minimum working area for an ideal studio setup? And if such minimum working area is like XXX m/psf, do you think that it's better to paint the walls in different colours or to purchase diferent backdrops?

I know what i would do. Get the Warehouse, buy as much space as you can afford. Paint everything white, and hang coloured backdrops from a frame. Set up your camera, and shoot away.
Have fun whatever you do.
Thanks for the input! I do admit that the warehouse is a fine space to 'play' with since freedom of space is one of the important aspects of doing studio shoots.
Why would u rather buy coloured backdrops instead of painting the walls with different colours?
They have backgrounds somewhere on their site.
TRy Ebay.co.uk too. You can buy new or second hand from there are very good prices.
