I must be missing something.
Just looks like a load of people dancing and enjoying themselves at a pop concert.
What is so amazing / awesome about that ?

Aw, come on, some shows find it hard just to find an audience that can clap in time Smile

That's the point, these are events that people spend considerable time and effort to set up - without the target audience (in this case Oprah and the Black Eyed Peas) being remotely aware. It's the same as the T-Mobile adverts, the filming took place in public so it captured the natural responses...some even tried to join in!

I think it's all very clever.

Does there really have to be a point, other than the sheer fun of doing something?

I love the one where a load of people turned into living statues in Grand Central for about 5 minutes.

The surprise element...the wow factor...whatever you want to call it!

Surely you can imagine being in a busy public place and suddenly some music comes on and everyone around you starts dancing in sync...wouldn't you be even slightly impressed/surprised/lost for words...??
