I do a lot of farmers and that sort of thing for the magazine and paper I do stuff for. Pays least but It's what I like best actually. Mike Biggs would have been a good subject - can you link to them I'd like to see them.

That is pretty neat - I do like the lighting do you take a lot of kit on those shoots, in terms of lighting?
that's it really - just on stands - 1 had a softbox, the other 2 were bare
the advantage is flexibility, I can quickly move to many locations in the shoot, giving them loads of options...
keep thinking I need Rangers - but to be honest, I've never had a shoot where I couldn't achieve what we needed with 3 speedlites... sure it'll happen sooner or later !

Are these for your H Bomb specials
The sun newspaper have provided a photographer to re-stage their wedding for them. Not the greatest photos but at least they are better that the first ones.
And both carry the same byline attributed to a media company
What do you mean keith?

Quote: They supposedly had a £500 budget but the photographer told them they would only be charged £100 if the photos could be used for her portfolio.
So they're hoping to get their £100 back?
I saw that too Keith. Half tempted to google.......

They are a news agency. So I guess they might have arranged the "story" and the wedding and sold it to the Sun. Wouldn't have cost that much to get a couple of shots really.
OK this gets even more interesting :
The Sun, a national company with hundreds of pro-photographers reshoots a set of terrible wedding photos and produces three bland photos here.
Photo 1 - with a backdrop of a crumbling wall and an over-exposed dress.
Photo 2 - the groom has a plant growing out of his head
Photo 3 - people obscured , incorrect exposure, signs to be cloned , people with eyes closed.
Whatever media company produced that pile of garbage needs to take a good look in The Mirror ( excuse the pun )
I do love this comment made by a Sun Reader
"I can see why the original photographer cut off their heads in the photo's !!!!!"
How this ever made the news in a national news paper I don't know - clearly HotSpot Media have a good sales team.
Is that Boris Johnsons brother?
