Thank you, it gets harder as time goes on, but how about Waterfalls this week. You all know the rules so lets have at least 14 entries!

Sorry I'm just new here, should I have joined the group first? This is a waterfall near my home but it's NOT the Loupe of Fintry.

No waterfalls near here in rural (flat) France.

    Bill

There's not one within miles of here either!

. . . not that I'm likely to remember to take part anyway!

The only waterfall within 50 miles is a sewage outfall pipe. Will this do? Otherwise I would spend 20 quid on petrol, it would take 4 hours, on a 100 mile round trip.

    Jack

Another one here without a waterfall - and since I'm also in the middle of the drought/hosepipe ban zone AND actually live near the source of about 3 rivers there's not much fast running water round here either!

It could be a running Tap, a Weir on the Thames or even a leaking gutter-enlarge your mind. A sewage outfall is perfect!

Stu. Put this in the right place and make sure it was taken this week.

    So it's a waterfall not a "Waterfall"?

You know, that's really not the best way to get people to take part - you set a seemingly impossible challenge, then when people say so, you accuse them of moaning. If you'd explained in the first place that you wanted 'falling water' rather than 'a waterfall' we'd all have been much more enthusiastic, as that's a subject that could lend itself to some really clever photography.

As it is, I feel like I've been patronised for daring to question your wisdom, and frankly, don't know if I can now be bothered to even try to enter...

I am sorry if I have offended anybody, but subjects are getting thin on the ground, so please try your best.

Count me out. You should have been more informative when writing the topic.
