What old telephoto lens would you recommend for (any) Micro Four Thirds camera?
I'm thinking of the 200mm Olympus Zuiko f/4, or perhaps the Canon 200mm f/4 FD, but there are many old primes available, many with names I've never heard of, available on ebay...
Let me know what you think, and if you have suggestions or examples please let me know.

The Olympus OM and Pentax Takumar (M42) or M series (K bayonet) lenses should fit the bill. Lenses from other manufacturers will be heavy and unwieldy by comparison. The compact lenses may fit in better with the ergonomics of the CSC camera bodies.

Josh' question was interesting as I had a few 200mm's to hand I thought it a good idea to shoot a few comparison photos with them. 200mm f/4s on the OM-D I don't have any Olympus lenses and wonder if I should get hold of some as their OM series were lovely and compact.
Lol Pete and I`ve not long since given away a Zuiko 75-150mm, not particularly fast with its constant f4 aperture but it was lovely and small.
The 135mm Zuiko was a really lovely lens, makes for a handy focal length taking into account the crop, theres several here.

Did you have many legacy lenses that you used with 4/3 Josh.
Only asking because I had quite a few including lensbabys, so I picked up just one 4/3 to M4/3 adapter.
You can use a 4/3 and M4/3 adapter together.
Since getting the 45mm M my legacy 50mm`s have become redundant.
And this morning my sigma 19mm arrived, so I also have a vivitar 19mm un used 
I had / have a couple of OM lenses (50mm, f/1.4, 135mm f/3.5) and some m42 lenses from Zenit cameras, a couple of 28/3.5 (pentacon and cosina?) Helios 58/2 springs to mind, maybe a 44/2 as well as the Industar 50/3.5 - very pancakey on the 43rd - but less so on the m43:
I picked up an old sigma 180 f5.6 macro cheaply which I am trying on the EM5 using the kipon adapter. Its a nice size and weight to use with the body + battery grip but its proving less easy to use than a 200 f4 canon FD I used on the Panasonic G1 I had some time back as the DOF is paper thin and it really needs to be stopped down hard to make it work at its best.
Got a few reasonable shots though so I'm going to persevere with it
I`ve picked up an old Canon 85mm f1.2, but its a bit big and heavy and think an 85mm f1.8 or f2 would be more than enough.

Here are some shots I took out and about with the Industar 50 3.5 m42 - I'm quite convinced that the adapter I have for it, has it set too far away, as it's better than it should be at macro, and doesn't focus to infinity
