iTunes doesn't have that particular one Pete, but some of their other stuff was described as "digital concrete", made me laugh!

Quote: To which one can only say - Oh Bondage - Up Yours !!!! You old punk Darren !!, still got the safety pin thru your nose ?

Actually, I hated punk back in the 70s - mind you, I was only about 6 years old at the time - but it's REALLY grown on me in the last couple of years. In fact, I'm going to see the Buzzcocks at the end of November....

Oh man - I was there , I was just in my early 20's ( I am as Paul Frost points out, very old ), I remember seeing the Damned, The Jam, 999, the Lurkers, Generation X, The Adverts and loads of others at the time, and the first Clash LP is one of the greatest in Rock music. Smile Great times !!

The first Ramones LP is the best LP EVER !!

I hated punk at the time, apart from Blondie ( but she was never hardcore punk) , I didnt really get into music till much later on , and now quite like a lot of the raw punk music from that era

I briefly played in a band which supported the Buzzcocks, The Fall and V2, and I am proud to say I was the worst guitarist on show, probably of all time at that venue (the late departed squat)

me and some very Two Tone, but all of us bikers, mates, went to visit a friend at Coventry Uni. We were roped into being in the Specials Rat Race video which they were filming while we were there, and I am now the proud owner of the 45 signed by all the band.

    Is it worth anything? Wink
