I was given a 3-CD set of Nat King Cole last week, which is lovely music to relax to.
It got me through a long traffic queue on the M23, which was nice

Yesterday, I went down to Brighton with a friend, who reviews new releases of old music for a small indie label -
yesterday we listened to early 50's releases on the London record label,
and a couple of weeks back, we listeded to songs that The Ramones covered, which was very diverse.

On the way home from Brighton yesterday, we listened to the 'Apocalypse Now' soundtrack.

Nearly forgot, on the way to Brighton, after the London Records CD, we listened to some Beefheart

I'm sitting here in my office working this evening after having been out to photograph a Halloween event, listening to rain lashing on the windows and the mighty Jeff Beck playing THIS..........

Beck always hated that song, he says it's a millstone around his neck !!!! The B side of that single, "Beck's Bolero " however with Keith Moon, Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones et al is quite a different matter !!
