So contrary to popular belief, it's not the wee ned in a souped up hatchback who's the worst offender for speeding, but your pillar of respectability Range Rover driver. Although that appears to be on motorways rather than urban roads.

I take offence to that ![]()
Lol. I think this will turn into 'Car snobbery'.
Let me ask a question. How many houses do you have?
(Yes, houses. Those things that don't depreciate.) ![]()
It doesn't surprise me that Range Rover drivers have so many speeding convictions. Obedience of the law is for the peasantry!
A bus mostly, parking in Newport City Centre is a nightmare and you can't go wrong for £15.50 a week, less than petrol costs for a week. But when I have a wedding to photograph I drive a Mazda.

I had a Mercedes once and when driving it did feel like you owned the road ![]()
Audi A4 Avant 2.0tdi, complete with indicators and an awareness of speed limits ![]()
The Land Rover/Range Rover stats don't surprise me. Along with their X5, Q7 and other 4x4 cronies they are also (in my experience) the most likely not to let you out at junctions, to drive so close behind that you can only see their windscreen, to use their motors in an 'I am coming get out of my way' manner and many other arrogant actions.
