As has already been discussed elsewhere - and at great length - and to no avail.

That will be why then.
Quote: I can but I do feel that this would be much better as a weekly challenge than a daily one as it is now.
This is Will's project being looked after by Nik. Both are working hard to bring you the daily dose of ideas and it's early days so we can modify, but they don't work over Easter so neither will have seen any of the comments since Friday. I've been watching but kept quiet.
I'm sure they'll be taking on some of the suggestions. The timing is a key one for those challenges that need planning, so they do need to be addressed.
It doesn't mean you have to do them daily. If you only have time once a month, do one a month. If you have time to do one a week, do one a week. If you have time to do a daily one, do a daily one. If you don't want to photograph a beach in April don't. None of it's compulsory it's not designed that you have to attempt every idea.
The ideas, like in a magazine, try to cover a range of subjects so everyone can find something that they want to have a go at. Some are short bursts some are more in-depth.
We hope people get more involved in many ways, you could even write some tips or ideas yourself. And you may now have seen one of the first Top 10s lists where we ask members to share their pics in location guides (and provide a link back to their portfolios to hopefully give them more exposure).

I haven't even heard of one of these Pete.
Where would I find it?

It was today's content: 5 April Photo Month - third option: 10 great sunrise locations
Pete , this site is a wonderful knowledge bank and quirky community.
I do read the "how to" ideas behind the Photo month ideas , good stuff.
But I have often struggled with its navigability.
Perhaps expand on

Nik's the person to contact with your ideas using the site contact page. You can write about anything photographically. We have 365 days to fill each year so we can cover anything interesting.
The top 10s (although this latest is nine) is a new idea to expand photo month. The link above (posted at 111:18) takes you to the first.
Ok , could you linky this

Love the concept of Photo Month and following its' progress with interest. Like many others I can't get to suitable locations at will and wonder if it would be possible to give the 'weekend warriers' an opportunity to participate on a daily basis by posting the themes for the following week on a Friday. There don't appear to be many participating at the moment, a shame when so much effort has been put in to it.
@crookymonsta,
Like yourself, I can't get to the locations as often as I might and sometimes don't know what the day's theme is until it's too late to go anywhere anyway.
I asked (suggested?) quite a long time ago, that the day's theme be announced the day before, in the evening would do, so that I don't find I've missed the boat as has happened a few times.
I'm still waiting!
Jester.
I think I've just turned this into a "Sticky topic".
What does that mean?
